When do you open for season? May 1st

 

Do you require a deposit for bookings? Yes you must book online and pay in full.

 

What is your cancellation policy? Floating customers will receive a full refund or credit with a 7-day notice of cancelation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Do you have any cabins? Yes, one cabin that can be booked on our website by clicking Cabin Rental thru Airbnb.

 

Do you have a place to set up a tent and camp? No, we do not offer any over night camping,

 

Where do we check-in? You will arrive at 30 Bridge Outfitters and park in the floaters designated area.  You will wait in the designated area labeled FLOATER PARKING until the transportation bus arrives to bring you to the drop off location. 

 

What time do we check-in? Check-in is 1 hour before your float time. This will assure you have enough time to park, check-in, and aboard the bus for transfer.

 

Are children allowed on the float?  Yes, 3 and older and you must provide a life jacket.  Children 2 and under are not allowed for safety reasons

 

When does our float end?  All floats must be out of the water by 6:00PM. A late charge will be applied after 6PM

 

Will I get cell service?  Depending upon your provider, cell service will be in and out.

 

Where do I put my trash? We will provide a disposable trash bag with your group that you are responsible for disposing in the dumpster afterwards.

 

Can I bring my pet? We love pets, unfortunately they’re not allowed on float trips.

 

How far in advance should I make a reservation?  Reservations are first come first serve.

 

Do you sell food or beverages? No. Please make sure you to plan and pack your own.

 

Is glass allowed? No glass is allowed on premises or river.

 

What direction do I go on the river? Go with the flow.

 

Where do I exit once my float is done? Once you go under 30 Bridge you will follow the exit sign.

Do you offer any discounts? No our floats are at a flat rate.
