Race Day is almost here! Before you head out for a full day of fast boats, big horsepower, and river racing, please take a few minutes to review the spectator information below. Knowing what to expect will help everyone get parked, set up, and ready to enjoy the day!
 

🎟️ ADMISSION

$25 per person — Daily Admission
Kids 12 & Under — FREE

Please note: Admission remains $25 per person throughout the entire day, regardless of what time you arrive. There are no reduced or late-day admission prices. Admission is $25 until the final race is run.
 

⛺ TENT SETUP

Friday Evening: Only 2026 Boat Launch Pass Holders and Racers may set up tents Friday evening.

Saturday, September 12: All other spectators may begin setting up at 7:00 AM.

Please do not arrive early to set up. Friday is an important event setup day, and no exceptions will be made for early spectator tent setup.
 

🚗 PARKING

Parking attendants will be onsite directing vehicles into the designated parking area located behind the spectator viewing area.

Once the main parking area is FULL, all overflow parking will be located along Pond Ford Rd.

A shuttle cart will run between Pond Ford Rd. and the spectator viewing area.

Shuttle Reminders:

• Shuttles are for paid spectators only

• One cooler per person may be transported

• Tents will NOT be transported on shuttle carts

• Once the main parking lot is full, no exceptions will be made for additional vehicles to enter

Plan accordingly and pack what you can comfortably carry!
 

📋 RACE DAY RULES

WAIVERS: Everyone 18 and older must sign a waiver. Anyone under 18 must have their printed name listed and a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf.

🐶 Dogs must be on a leash at all times — no exceptions.

🚫 ZERO tolerance for fighting.
